Major events include:
Successful Ageing Seminar
UniSA’s free Successful Ageing Seminar series comprises special presentations on topical issues relevant to our more senior community. The seminars, delivered by UniSA academic staff and allied professionals, give access to the latest information on research on a range of health and lifestyle issues. The second seminar in the 2009 series will address the mental and physical demands of staying healthy. Exercise improves the brain’s ability to learn and improves memory, and this seminar will provide ideas to develop physical and mental exercise plans.
The seminar is proudly sponsored by Active Ageing Australia
and will kick off a week of events aimed at encouraging us all to get out & about and be active!
